Scream!

Julie & I were watching a Lifetime movie when Valene got home. She joined us, and we continued with the lights off. *ooo scary!* Let's just say it was a scary movie, since I haven't slept much except during the last movie I watched, when I accidentally fell asleep and the people hosting the little gathering woke me up at the pornographic part to tell me not to look (as they had promised) but since I was just waking up, I thought they caught me drifting off so I immediately looked at the screen. Julie & I spent a small but entertaining amount of time hiding behind Rapunzel (sp?) and Erwin.

But back to Lifetime. There was a preview for a movie called something...let's call it Haunting Sarah. At the end of the preview, the following conversation took place:
Julie: That looks scary!
Valene (from kitchen): Are we gonna watch it?
Me: Uh, yeah.
End of relevant part of conversation.

Back on the couch, Valene's phone rang. She retired to the balcony, where Julie & I proceded to lock the door. Then came a knock on the door in the movie. The (supposed) villian entered the creepy house. Then came a knock on our door. We screamed loudly. Valene tried to come inside, but finding the door locked, knocked. Our screaming continued. Julie & I unlocked the balcony door & carefully approached the front door, arms locked for protection. It was Rachael. We spent about 5 minutes calming down. Now she says she might never come over again because we scared her so badly with our screams. She told Adrienne about it, who responded that we screamed in response to her knock on Thursday night.

Then we watched Fight Club next door. It was suppsed to be Family Guy the Movie, but then it wasn't. I suggested Armageddon. It was mostly guys. The looked at me strangely. I didn't bring it up again. Goodnight.
