Brilliant!

It just occured to me that I could actually look up the "definition of country rock in my lab manual"...therefore, I suppose I shall...

As magma works its way toward the surface of the earth, it encounters preexisting rock. The rock mass intruded by the magma is referred to as country rock, and it is not uncommon for pieces of the country rock to be engulfed by the magma. Fragments of country rock surrounded by igneous rocks are called inclusions or xenoliths.

Well, that's it. I decided to impersonate an overachiever and type up the entire paragraph! (Oooooo)
